Winter Mornings

This morning I slept in. I've been really tired this past week, I think the lack of sleep from last weekend stuck with me all week long. Plus I think I am fighting the viruses that everyone else seems to be coming down with. So, when Troy got up this morning he closed the bedroom door so I could sleep and the dogs wouldn't come and wake me up. I woke up around 10:30 and finally rolled out of be around 11:15. I decided I was going to run and get some coffee instead of making it. Sometimes it just tastes better when someone else makes it. While I was driving I was noticing how pretty the trees looked. It's been so foggy lately that I think it was the fog that froze on the trees. I pulled over on a side street over by the Spring Lake Park Caribou to take some pictures, I'm sure the people who lived in the area thought I was stalking them, but really I just wanted some pictures!

Drama Queen

Isaboo has been a drama queen since the day we brought her home. This morning she was being mopey and hanging on me. Tonight while we were eating dinner she plopped herself down on the floor and rolled around until she was up against the couch. Then she laid there until she had our attention. After that she got up again. Little Miss Drama!

Please Momma?

The past few nights I have been too tired to deal with having a dog in the bed. Bear decided it was bed time so he and Sabrina went to their kennels. Isaboo jumped up on my bed and laid down. Looks like she's sleeping there tonight.

How to get through college homework

If I'm not listening to science videos I'm drowning out the noise around me with music. This is how I get through my homework every week. Last week Troy helped me pick out new headphones that block out sound. They work great! If I have my sound at a normal level I can't hear what's going on around me. It's great! I get things done a lot more efficient this way.

Tis the Season

The air has been so dry lately that I am constantly drinking water and using lotion and chap stick. Last night and now tonight I have the humidifier going in the bedroom. It helped a little last night so hopefully it will help to tonight too.

Oops! Sunday's Photo

I was so tired yesterday that I realized this afternoon that I forgot to post yesterday's photo. The poor dogs were so tired after being up at Troy's mom and dad's house for the weekend. Sabrina came home and went straight to bed. We haven't hardly seen her since we got home yesterday. Isaboo has been pretty sleepy too.

Childhood Bedrooms

We are up at Troy's parent's house tonight. Us and the 3 dogs drove up this morning and decided to spend the night after Troy helped his dad all day putting in the kitchen floor. Normally we stay in the bedroom downstairs but that is full of kitchen stuff so we are staying upstairs tonight in Troy's room when he was little.

Playing with Water

Tonight I had to get my science experiment done. My science class is completely online. I do my lab work right in my kitchen. This week's lesson is mixtures and compounds. To show how mixtures work the experiments revolved around different liquids and how they combine or in some cases not combine. This experiment did not go right for me. I later realized I was doing it wrong. But I got the idea of what was suppose to happen!
