I am a self proclaimed coffee snob. I am picky about what I drink. I prefer dark roast to light but please do not give me French Roast. There is a really cool coffee shop that I love.. Tillie's Bean! I only get to go on the weekends because it's no where near home or work. They have this drink, a butter bean. It's basically a latte with butterscotch syrup, whip cream and toffee bits. This is the one sweet drink I can drink. Otherwise give me my coffee with one splenda and a little cream. I have a t-shirt from Tillie's on the back of it, it says "you say coffee snob like it's a bad thing". I don't think there's anything wrong for wanting good coffee. I used to work at Caribou. Lately I've been disappointed in their quality and service. It makes me sad that they don't seem to care about their customers. My ultimate dream is to own my own coffee shop. I want to give people what I've always looked for in a coffee shop, cozy, comfy, books to read, tables for meetings and great bakery items that I can eat, ie non-berry items! I have a theme picked out, I have started researching how much it's going to cost.. I need a rich uncle or to win the lottery! But some day I'll have my own coffee shop!
